Revenue share, deferred fee, a mix — what fits depends on the venture. We do not pretend to have a form for this. The hard costs are always carried by the venture, from the first day.
This happens rarely, and we keep a small budget free for it each year. Anyone who gets a no gets it quickly and with reasons.
Tax structuring and contracts belong to tax advisers and lawyers. We calculate, position and build — and we say where the line runs.
